Shipping Policy

Free delivery

We offer free delivery across Pakistan on all orders (unless otherwise stated).

Dispatch time

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days.

Delivery time

  • Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business working days after dispatch, depending on location.

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, we will share a tracking ID via email and WhatsApp.

Delays

  • Delivery times may be extended during public holidays, heavy sale periods, or due to courier issues. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Incorrect/Incomplete address

  • Please enter your address carefully. If a courier returns an order due to an incorrect address, the customer may be charged for re-shipment.

Damaged or lost items

  • If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us immediately with photos and the order number. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
